All 3 in this chain look great but this guy in particular has character. His cheeks might be a lil' similar to mudkip and his evos, but regardless still has great shape and colours. You could put him in a Pokemon, Mario or Megaman game, among others, and he'd still fit right in. Awesome work! It's not too far off my water starters designs, yours are way more refined though :3
