Can this pokemon's shiny be yellow as a referance to The Beetles and Yellow Submarine? I don't care who you are or what you plan to do with this pokemon, but do this for me if you don't have anything better planned. 

As a pokemon I like this and it's pre-evolution for how they'd fill out the pokemon ecosystem I have working in my mind. Whaleord tips the size scale and I'd like to see a better gradient. I do think he might look a bit too much like a submarine though.

I like how it looks like it has windows on its side. I know you said in another comment that they're just markings, but I still thought of this description. :XD:

"This Pokemon’s body is actually completely hollow inside and can be entered through its mouth. Due to this, trainers have used Submalot to give underwater tours of the sea."
